Australia!

Oh my!  Check out # 10 on the stats from this morning!  That’s two hits from down under.  (My guess is it was Evonne Goolagong who did it!)  Now we’ll turn our focus to Tanzania.

My older sister worked on an early form of the Internet, mainly for military purposes! However, she is not speaking to me or anyone else in the family which is an even bigger mystery to us than Old style Apranet.

I’ve wondered that, too – and your queston prompted a search. There’s a very lengthy article in wikipedia (that I made only the smallest of inroads into). It sounds like it was an early form of the internet – and was mainly used for military purposes. But what it means now I haven’t yet ferreted out. I’ll post about it!
