I have learned that the body remembers. There have been times when I didn’t listen and in hind sight can hear how it was trying to help me.

    • Oh my goodness, it surely does remember! I was noticing last night when I walked in the woods how light I felt as I was heading out, and how I was tensing up as a rounded the path toward home. Then this morning, on the same walk, it clicked. Old habits are so embedded – and paying attention surely helps!
